Unforgettable Light Festival Experience: Departing from Central Station
Central Station is the perfect starting point, whether you’re already in the city or arriving by train for a delightful evening. We recommend arriving 15 to 30 minutes before the boat tour. Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed aboard by our skipper. Our boats are pre-heated for your comfort, and we also offer an open rear deck where you can enjoy the artworks in the fresh air. At the end of the tour, you’ll disembark at Central Station, from where you can continue to explore Amsterdam and enjoy your time in the city without any worry!

Amsterdam Light Festival: the route

On an Amsterdam Circle Line boat, you can enjoy the Light Festival in comfort. Our host will offer you refreshing drinks while our experienced local skipper will guide you past the most beautiful artworks that illuminate the Amsterdam canals.
During the Amsterdam Light Festival, artists transform the city and its canals with enchanting light installations. The boat tour departs from the Central Station (see the map). After approximately 75 minutes of cruising through the wintry, illuminated Amsterdam, you will be returned to the starting point.
