Our cheeses are carefully selected and supplied by the ‘Kaasbar Amsterdam‘, founded by the son of Holland’s largest cheese supplier. The perfectly aged cheeses with special flavor profiles, sourced from Dutch farms, are carefully paired by delicious wines that compliment the flavors of the cheeses. The wines are purchased directly from small winemakers, through Grapedistrict. No pesticides or other chemical herbicides are used during vinification. As a result, you taste the purest wine flavor available.
