Services: Offering boat tours for one or more persons.
Counterparty / Client: The person to whom a ticket is sold.
Consumer: A natural person not acting in the course of a profession or business.
Tickets/product: Proof of admission to a boat tour.
Location: The place where the boat tour takes place.
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements of Amsterdam Circle Line.
Terms and conditions of the party responsible for the location also apply.
Any general terms and conditions used by the counterparty are explicitly rejected.
Deviations from these terms are only valid if confirmed in writing by Amsterdam Circle Line.
All offers are non-binding; prices may be changed at any time.
Prices are in euros and include VAT.
Promotional prices apply within a specific period and while supplies last.
Amsterdam Circle Line is not bound by clearly incorrect prices resulting from typographical or printing errors.
A service fee is charged for each ticket purchased online, including transaction and consultation fees.
Amsterdam Circle Line may cancel or reschedule a boat tour; in such cases, an acceptable solution will be offered.
In the event of force majeure, Amsterdam Circle Line is not liable for damages.
Tickets with a specific date or time (time slot) are non-exchangeable.
Open tickets can be exchanged within fourteen days of purchase; within this period, a refund can also be requested via info@amsterdamcircleline.nl.
Amsterdam Circle Line is not responsible for damage to, misuse, or loss of tickets.
Accepted payment methods: cash, iDEAL, and credit card.
Bookings are only finalized after payment has been received.
Complaints must be submitted in writing and with motivation within 7 days after the service has been provided; consumers have 60 days.
Minor deviations in the execution of the agreement do not constitute grounds for a complaint.
Submitting a complaint does not suspend the payment obligation.
Amsterdam Circle Line is not responsible for misunderstandings or errors in communication via the internet or other means.
The data of Amsterdam Circle Line serve as evidence of the agreement, unless proven otherwise.
Neither party is obliged to fulfill obligations in case of force majeure, such as natural disasters, war, strikes, etc.
In case of force majeure, execution of the agreement may be suspended or terminated.
Upon termination due to force majeure, obligations under the agreement lapse, except for already fulfilled performances.
The client must provide all necessary information in a timely manner.
If information is not provided on time, Amsterdam Circle Line may suspend its obligations and charge additional costs.
Instructions from staff must be followed immediately; access may be denied due to capacity issues, safety, public order, etc.
Passengers who misbehave or are clearly intoxicated may be removed from the boat; any resulting costs are borne by the counterparty.
Amsterdam Circle Line is not liable for damage to or loss of the counterparty’s property.
Not liable for death or injury unless caused by intent or gross negligence of Amsterdam Circle Line.
Not liable for damage when boarding departure piers or tour boats.
Not liable for damage caused by delays.
Not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Liability is limited to the amount covered by insurance; if not covered, limited to the invoice amount.
The counterparty is liable for loss or damage to Amsterdam Circle Line’s property and for damage caused to staff or third parties.
If any provision conflicts with legal regulations, it shall be replaced by a legally permitted provision.
All agreements are governed by Dutch law; disputes will be submitted exclusively to the court of Amsterdam.
