Please arrive at the departure location 15 minutes before departure.

  • 0 – 3 years: free of charge
  • 4 – 12 years: childs price
  • 13 – and older: adult price

The departure location may vary per tour. Please check carefully which departure location corresponds to your tour:

Departure location Central Station: Prins Hendrikkade 33A, Amsterdam

Departure location Anne Frank House: Prinsengracht 261A, Amsterdam

Monday till Sunday 10:00 to 18:30

There are two possibilities. Either you print the ticket to be scanned or you download the tickets onto your phone (environmentally friendly).

After you have selected the date, time and amount of tickets, the voucher code can be entered in the cart on our ticket platform.

No, you can only book online or buy a ticket in our ticketshop.

🚢 On board

Yes, our boats are fully heated.

All our boats have a toilet on board.

No, unfortunately you cannot bring your own food on board of our boats.

An audio guide is available in seven languages: Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish.

Foldable wheelchairs and strollers are allowed, provided there is space on board.

Please note! There are two to three steps when boarding and disembarking. This may make it difficult for people with reduced mobility to board the boat.

No, pets are not allowed on board, with the exception of guide dogs.
