The Amsterdam canal cruise takes 75 minutes starting and ending at Prinsengracht 261.

The boat will be moored at the Prinsengracht a little earlier in order to get all guests on board relaxed. Please allow 10 minutes for the sailing time. If you would like to get a coffee at our Lunch Café, I would arrive a little earlier.

All cruises depart from the Prinsengracht 261, in front of the famous Anne Frank house.

There are two possibilities. Either you print the ticket to be scanned or you download the tickets onto your phone (environmentally friendly).

After you have selected the date, time and amount of tickets, the voucher code can be entered in the cart on our ticket platform.

Yes, our boats are heated. We have our canal tour boats, which are fully heated. We also have our semi open boats, which our also heated with terrace heaters and blankets.

Yes, on the canal tour boat there is a fully equipped bar on board. No, on our semi open boats there is no bar on board.

Yes, we only have fully equipped toilets on board our big canal boats.

No, unfortunately you cannot bring your own food on board one of our boats.

We have a very extensive Personal Audio System on board with which you can listen in 7 languages, even more fun than a guide, we have collected only the best stories of the city for you. Lean back, listen and relax.

It is possible to come aboard when you have a wheelchair that can be folded. With a stroller it is also possible to come on board, if there is enough space onboard to store the stroller. *Our boats are accessible when disabled people are able to walk two/three steps in and out of the boat.

We understand that you would like to bring your animal friend along, but unfortunately we cannot allow this due to hygiene measures and possible allergies of other guests on board.
